
Returns / Refunds
- Watches must be returned in brand new conditions in the same manner it was received.
- Do not wear the watch, size the bracelet, or remove any tags or protection seals until you are sure you want to keep the watch.
- If you decide to return the watch you must email us at sales@timerus.com for a Return authorization #.
- Return authorization # must be clearly marked on the outside of package. Do not write anything on the original watch box.
- All returned merchandise must be returned with manuals, warranties, and tags. Do not fill in any of the blanks.
- A 6% restocking fee will be charged on merchandise returned (except for exchanges).
- Returns and exchanges etc. are possible up to 14 days with all conditions mentioned in paragraphs 1 and 6.
- Merchandise must be shipped with a carrier who has tracking numbers as UPS, FedEx, or Airborne with fully insured for value of purchase.
- A 10% non refundable deposit may be required on special orders (high value pieces).
